Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:
This promotion is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Leatherman and Ledlenser, their family members, or anyone else connected with the promotion are not eligible to participate.

Promotion Period:
The promotion starts at 12:00 PM (noon) AEST on 25th October and ends at 5:00 PM AEST on 29th October. Entries submitted before or after the specified period will not be eligible.

How to Enter:
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Participants can enter the draw by completing the entry form available here or through social media platforms. Only one entry per person is permitted.

Prizes:
At the end of the giveaway, winners will be selected and awarded one of the following prizes:

• Leatherman Micra
• Ledlenser K6R Safety

Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

Winner Selection and Notification:
Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. They will be notified directly by Leatherman and Ledlenser within seven (7) days of the draw date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, Leatherman and Ledlenser reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

Privacy:
By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to the use of their data by Leatherman and Ledlenser for the purposes of administering the promotion and for marketing purposes. All personal information will be used in accordance with Ledlenser and Leatherman’s Privacy Policy.

Publicity:
By entering, participants grant Leatherman and Ledlenser permission to use their first name and state/country of residence for promotional purposes in any media.

Liability:
Leatherman and Ledlenser will not be liable for entries not received for any reason, or for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

General:
Leatherman and Ledlenser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances, any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside Leatherman and Ledlenser’s control.
