Mörkret (S) is a powerful survival knife built for the most demanding tasks and extreme environments. Designed for situations where total reliability is essential, it combines full-tang strength, superior balance, and exceptional edge retention in a robust package you can depend on anywhere. Belt Loop, Click-On Mount, Knife Sheath, and Secondary locking included.

Engineered as Morakniv’s largest and most robust survival knife to date, Mörkret easily handles everything from heavy batoning and wood processing to shelter building, carving, and fire preparation. The 153 mm long, 4.2 mm thick blade is crafted from Swedish 14C28N stainless steel, hardened and cryogenically treated to 58 HRC. Its High Flat grind with a secondary bevel places extra steel behind the edge for maximum strength during demanding tasks, while the edge extends all the way to the handle for close-up control.

For maximum security in harsh weather, the Power Touch Grip features a glass-fiber reinforced core wrapped in a high-traction texture pattern with spine ridges for effortless control—even when wearing heavy gloves. The exposed rear tang is ground to scrape tinder or strike a ferro rod alongside the ground spine.

The ambidextrous Click-On sheath accommodates left- and right-handed carry, featuring a click-lock mechanism alongside a LIBA Smart® dangler belt loop with secondary locking. Adapted for TEK-LOK and MOLLE mounting systems, it offers ultimate carry versatility. Made in Mora, Sweden, Mörkret (S) honors 135 years of Swedish knife-making craftsmanship.
